This is a "Fun" (no autocross points available) autocross event

  9:00 AM Course setup begins
10:00 AM Registration and Tech open
11:00 PM Registration and Tech close
11:00 PM Drivers meeting
11:15 PM First car off

Tech and Registration close at 11:00 it will speed up the procedure if you get Tech'd and Registered as soon as you can. Last minute arrivals make the data entry for scoring run long which delays the drivers meeting which delays the start times which makes the event run long.

Drivers will be expected to work when not running.

Don't forget, someone has to pick up all the stuff and then load into the trailer. Cones are heavy and get handled at least three times before the trailer is packed. The more backs we have handling them the quicker it goes and the sooner everyone goes home.
