Scion Canada is inviting VCMC members to test-drive the all new Scion FR-S on June 3, 2012.
FORMAT
This event will be held on the FULL 1000' x 500' pad at BC Driving Centre in Pitt Meadows.
This is a club practice event. The timing system will be in operation, but results will not count toward Cup series standings. Drivers will primarily be driving their own vehicles. There will be two 2013 Scion FR-S vehicles on-hand for drivers to test on course (max. 2 runs).
Entry to this event is limited to 60 VCMC members plus guests of Scion Canada.
RULES & REQUIREMENTS
All entrants must be current VCMC members. If you are new to VCMC, your first-year membership includes one free single-day autocross event. Please sign-up for 2012 VCMC Membership at the following link: http://www.karelo.com/register.php?BID=56&BT=10#Ev11514 before registering for this event.
BC Driving Centre has a strict sound limit of 92dB measured at 50 feet. Vehicles exceeding this limit or producing obnoxious, annoying, or excessive noise (tire, engine, exhaust, etc), as judged by the organizers, will be asked to stop running and no refunds will be issued.
REGISTRATION
Pre-registration via Karelo is MANDATORY for all entrants including new members. We no longer accept on-site registrations. New members may claim their free event credit by selecting the "New Member Event Credit" option on the Karelo form. The standard event fee is $50. Anyone abusing the event credit option on the form will be penalized $10.
