We'll tour the scenic Sonoma Coast with a tour of Gundlach-Bundschu winery which includes wine tasting (of course!) and a BBQ lunch buffet in the winery's Picnic Arbor.
The driving tour will begin in the town of Sonoma and traverse some of the scenic back roads leading us past many famous wineries and stunning vistas. When we arrive at Gundlach-Bundschu, we will be treated to a private tour of the winery, including the caves, and then enjoy an elegant buffet lunch. The planned menu for the lunch will include wines which have been paired with the meal as well as a seasonal dessert. The per-person cost is $85 for the tour, wine tasting, and buffet lunch. Our winery tours always sell out, so be sure to sign up early.
The winery will also be offering a discount for those club members who purchase wine the day of the tour. A six pack receives a 5% discount and those who purchase a case (12 bottles) receive a 10% discount.
The lunch and winery tour are limited to 40 attendees; registration opens April 26.
