Attention SOVREN DRIVERS: A "Head and Neck restraint" system is required to participate with SCCA on Saturday and Sunday. This requirement became mandatory in 2012. Per the current Vintage GCR  drivers must meet 2012 SCCA  GCR  section 9.3.
