Pumpkin Driving School: Join us at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on October 25th and 26th for the annual Pumpkin Buckeye Chapter BMW CCA Driving School. Mid-Ohio is an excellent venue with a great track and good facilities.
Driver's Schools are a great place to see just what you and your Bimmer (or other car) can do. The schools allow performance driving techniques from experienced instructors under the safest conditions possible. They are not races, but rather, a controlled environment in which you can push the envelope at your own pace. You'll learn how your car handles at high speed and under extreme cornering. Once you get a taste of how your car behaves under the intensity of track driving, you will be much better prepared for those highway "intense moments". Students are grouped into several categories depending on skills and previous school experience for both in-class and on-track sessions. This is a great investment for any driver, male or female, young or "experienced". We've yet to hear of anyone leaving a Driver's Schools without feeling they were a better driver.
Note: Qualified students will be contacted for the option driving on Friday - Advanced Study.

Event requirements
a) Be 19 years or older and have a valid driver's license
b) Have your vehicle tech inspected within 30 days of arriving at the track
c) Have a Snell 2000 or newer helmet (MA and SA ratings ok)
d) Instructors MUST be approved by our chief instructor -- John Lochner
e) No convertibles, retractable hardtops, T-tops, or open cars allowed

h) Cancellations up to September 26 th will receive a refund less a 5% processing fee. Cancellations received after September 26 th will receive a refund less the processing fee only if a student on the waiting list can take the space you reserved. NO cancellations after October 10th.
i) You will be responsible for any damages to the Mid-Ohio Motorsport facility.
