CASCADE SPORTS CAR CLUB presents the
35th ANNUAL 12 HOURS OF THE CASCADES
October 15 & 16, 2010
This race is sanctioned by ICSCC, under the 2010 regulations as a non-championship race, organized by the Cascade Sports Car Club and held at Portland International Raceway. Race Chair Chris Heinrich 503-690-0939 may be reached until 10:00 pm.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: www.cascade.motorsportreg.com for the primary Team Driver.
Each driver must submit a separate entry form. Please try to send in team entries together.
ENTRY FEES: ICSCC or others – cash/check/Visa/MC price $975.00
Cascade Members – cash/check/Visa/MC price $925.00
(only one driver on the team needs to be a Cascade member for the team to receive this rate)
LATE ENTRY FEE $100.00
Spectators & Crew Members FREE!
In order to be eligible to run this event all drivers must hold one of the following current licenses: ICSCC - ARR or IRR, SCCA National, FIA, ASN, CACC, NASA. SCCA Regional & all other licenses must be reviewed and approved by the ICSCC License Director; Randy Blaylock before entry closure. Entries will be limited to the first 50 cars. Additional entries will be placed on a waiting list.

Entries may be faxed in prior to the late entry deadline and payment made at the track with no late fee.
Registration and tech will be set up at PIR on Friday 11:00am – 2:30pm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The race will be run from the North Paddock. Track crossings will be at the start/finish gate.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register and filling out the form here and returning it to me by email or fax (503) 654-0997.
Remember to come to Registration with your competition license, government or provincial license and your Club Card. Registration will be located on the second floor of the North Paddock tower.
**Numbers are on a first come first basis** So, put your preferred number into the entry form. This will allow you to use the regular car # already on the car.
We have set up this event to force payment at the track. Please bring your Visa, MC, Cash or Check (in US funds) with you to registration for payment.
