About this event
The event takes place at the Moore Airfield in Devens, MA. We usually run a full loop course that is about a mile long. We have a great Novice program which includes guided course walks and instruction throughout the day.
Registration is open to all PCA members, members of the Renegade Miata club, non-members driving a Porsche and invited guests. Fpr this event, we also have about 20 slots open for non-members who would like to try one of our events. Registration is limited to 75 entries.
Registration closes 72 hours prior to the event. Registration may be extended beyond this deadline but a late registration fee will be assessed. There is no on-site registration.
Determine your NCR class and subclass before you register. NCR classes are different than other PCA regions and some classes have changed recently. We do not have "street tire" classes, we offer Strict Stock classes that carry a street tire restriction but also prohibit other performance enhancements. The target of these classes are Porsche owners who want to have fun and be competitive without modifying their Porsche. You can find the NCR Class Chart in the NCR Autocross rules. On the registration form, you will need to pick an NCR class AND an NCR PAX subclass on the registration form. Non-porsche cars use SCCA classes. See the NCR Autocross rules for more information. Event requirements
- License - Every driver must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Participants under 18 meeting the PCA Junior Participation Program requirements may compete with the approval of the event chair.
- Helmet - A helmet with a Snell Memorial Foundation 2005 or 2010 approval (SA, M or K) is required. NOTE: Snell 2000 helmets are no longer accepted at PCA events.
- Online payment is not required. Offline payment instructions are in the receipt..
- Please read the NCR Autocross Rules on the NCR website.
- Determine your NCR class AND subclass before you register. NCR classes are different than other PCA regions and have changed recently. You can find the NCR Class Charts in the NCR Autocross rules. Note that our Strict Stock classes are not just street tire classes. Most modifications are prohibited. However tires with a treadwear rating of 140 or higher are required, even if your Porsche came with race tires from the factory (e.g. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires are NOT allowed in these classes).
