Track Guys 2009 Drive Bluegrass

We have some basic requirements for this event:

 

• Drivers must be 18 years old or older with a valid Drivers license.
• All participating vehicles must be properly insured and pass tech/safety inspection.  Items to be checked will be included in the pre-event checklist.  Tech Form Must Be filled out Prior to arriving at Tech Inspection
• Helmets required for Road Course. 
• Helmets must be labeled SA00 or newer. No motorcycle helmets. Convertibles are required to have a ROLL BAR
• Rain or Shine Event
• Long Sleeve Shirt Required (All Cotton preferred)
• Long Pants Required
• No Drag Radial Tires on the Car

The event organizer is offering the following cancellation policy directly to you: There will be a 10% cancellation fee which covers expenses. All cancellations must be done by email or fax. Refunds will be based upon the following cancellation schedule: a. 21 days before the event will result in a refund of 90%. b. Less then 21 days before the event will result in no refund. No refunds after August 29, 2009 unless the event sells out. Participant may transfer their registration to another person as long as that person meets all requirements to attend the event. This event will be held rain or shine so no refunds due to weather unless the track is closed because of a weather event. All refunds will be paid by check by SVTOA Pittsburgh. In the unlikely event that Track Guys should have to cancel this event do too unforeseen circumstances a new date will be set if possible or a refund will be issued. Track Guys and all sponsors, their respective officers, employees and agents will not be responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
