IT’S BEEN 40 YEARS SINCE OUR FIRST TRACK EVENT IN 1972, SO LET’S CELEBRATE. BRING YOUR CAR TO THE TRACK AND RELIVE THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF ALFA RACING!
Time Trials & Racing! All makes and models welcome!
$280 for the weekend! $150 for single day entries. Register now, pay later!
We will have our usual series of time trial and racing, plus a spectacular reunion of vintage and rare Alfa race cars and drivers. Add to that a great dinner banquet at the hotel Saturday night with various speakers and highlights from 40 years of AROSC racing!

Our run groups:
- Beginner/Novice TT Group: Passing only on straights and only with a point-by. This is for people with roughly 1 to 9 track days or who think they would be uncomfortable with less restrictive passing. Classroom sessions included.
- Intermediate TT Group: Passing is allowed anywhere on track but only with a point-by. This is for people who have about 10 to 20 track days.
- Advanced TT Group: This is for people with 20-plus track days or race school experience. SAFE passing allowed anywhere on the track, point bys recommended.
- Race: Wheel to wheel racing action. Experienced drivers only! For Alfa Cup Alfas, if your car is OK to race with VARA, it is OK to race with AROSC.
- Lunchtime "Track Tour": Open to Alfa Romeos only. No special safety equipment required. Spiders welcome.
Saturday Night Banquet: We will hold the big anniversay banquet at the Palmdale Hotel, 300 W Palmdale Blvd. 14 Fwy at Palmdale Blvd. Meet us at the hotel bar then enjoy the banquet at 6:30 PM. Bench racing, good food and a presentation by our members from "back in the day" when this whole deal got started. You can sign up at the track Saturday morning.

Call the hotel direct 661-273-1200. Tell them you are with the Alfa Romeo Club. $69 for a single, $74 for a double. Register before Aug. 24 to be sure to get a room.

Required Safety Equipment:
All Time Trial & HPDE cars require:
- Factory seat belt in good working order.
- Snell 2000 or better helmet.
- Gloves - Leather or Nomex. No holes or synthetic materials.
- Natural fiber clothing extending from neck to wrist & ankles.
- Convertibles: Must have Roll bars extending 2” above top of helmet. “Factory” or “street” bars acceptable for HPDE & Solo groups only.
Additional safety equipment requirements, Intermediate/Point-by Time Trial cars:
- Five point harness if car is 1999 or older, or heavily modified.
Additional safety equipment requirements, Advanced/Open Passing Time Trial and Race cars:
- Five point harness.
- Fire extinguisher
- Nomex driving suit (Race only).
- Full cage (6 pt min) (Race only).
- Arm Restraints, open cars (Race only)
- VARA, HSMSA & CSRG legal cars are cleared to run with us!
