WHAT IS AUTOCROSS?
Autocross is a timed contest of driving skill. Speeds and hazards to spectators, participants, and property do not exceed those found in normal, legal highway driving. We think it is much more fun than street driving and you can't get a speeding ticket! Best of all, you can enter in your everyday street car!
This school will introduce you to Solo driving, teach you some of valuable driving skills and give you a chance to try them out in a controlled environment. There will be in car instruction from experienced drivers and coaches.
NEW FOR THIS YEAR - AUTOCROSS & DRIFT PROGRAMS
New for 2010, there are two separate instruction groups: autocross and drift. Autocross will be similar to the classes held in the past, focusing on car control. Drift will teach the basics of the driving style known as drifting. Cars should be RWD and drivers should have an understanding of drift style driving.
Please note: Driver's must choose which type of instruction they wish to attend. If you are unsure, choose autocross.
