Join the Houston Region SCCA for the final race weekend of the 2012 season as we celebrate Labor Day at MSR Houston for the Labor Day Three Way with Double Rational races as well as a PDX for street cars. PDX or Performance Driving Experience is the perfect opportunity for drivers new to Club Racing to put their street cars and mildly prepped racecars on the track during this exciting race weekend.

6:00a.m. Track gate opens
7:00 a.m. – Noon Registration opens to all registrants in Houston Region building.
7:15a.m. F & C Meeting at control building
7:30 a.m. – Lunch Tech opens in the garage next to registration. Scales open at 10:30 a.m., pending qualifying impound.
NOTE: When possible Houston Region strives for “seamless” qualifying sessions with the race groups. After the checkered flag and the last car of the first Group exits the track, the staged Group will be released. Clean up will be after the every other Group. Any stranded cars from the initial Group will be covered by the appropriate flag(s) for the following session
8 a.m. Group 7 PDX Mandatory Meeting in Clubhouse
8 a.m. 15-min Seamless Qualifying A Groups 1-5
9:30 a.m. (approx) 20-min Group 6 PDX
9:55 a.m. (approx) 20-min Seamless Qualifying B Groups 1-5
11:50 a.m. (approx) 20-min Group 6 PDX
12:10 p.m. (approx) Lunch Break
1:00 p.m. (approx) 20-min Group 6 PDX
1:25 p.m. (approx) 30-min or 19-lap Rational Races for Groups 1-5
Trophies will be handed out post-race at the impound trophy presentation.
5:00 p.m. RACE PARTY: Everyone is invited to join us at the Clubhouse for good food and cold drinks after the final race.
