Refunds

Refunds are handled by the event organizer directly - no refunds will come from MotorsportReg.com. If you haven't already canceled, you should sign into your account and click the "Cancel" link which will flag your registration properly and alert the registrar to the change.

All refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the hosting organization. If you are due a refund, you can ask the organizer to add it as a credit on your account for use towards future registration with this organization.

Usage

1. Contact the Registrar for a refund.

You can contact the organizer by clicking the "Ask the registrar a question" link on your Dashboard or web receipt. Alternately, the Registrar's contact info is listed in the event details on the calendar.
