About this event
America’s fastest, most powerful production-bodied sports cars are in the Trans-Am Series. Harkening back to its origins, Trans-Am is the playground for the “pony cars” – Chevy Camaros and Ford Mustangs with stock-block engines making more than 800 h.p., wrapped in tubeframe race chassis wearing iconic bodywork. A Trans-Am race is 100 frantic miles of wheel to wheel, nose to tail, hardcore American-style racing.
Remember, workers get paid $50 per day, dinners provided by LRP, bring or buy your lunch. Parties, including a gala soiree on Friday night, will take place at the end of each racing day. Worker rides are normally held on one of those days - TBD.
You must still register at the West Bend reg. building to sign the insurance waivers and the LRP informational sheet (so you can get paid). You do this the morning of your first working day. You'll also get your "hot track" pass/wrist band.
Each worker is allowed one guest pass/day. You can get that at W.B. registration.
This is an event not to be missed!!
