Join us for a 5 course tapas adventure paired with wine and chocolates at Dallmann Confections on September 11th at 5pm. Sommelier and professionally trained chef Jayson Knack will be joining us to prepare a delicious 5 course light dinner consisting of soup, salad, chicken, beef and dessert, all prepared with some form of chocolate and paired with wine. Dallmann Chocolatier Isabella will go into further detail to describe as we enjoy each course.
Here is what the menu will entail:
BUTTER LETTUCE, FERMENTED DAIKON, COCOA VINAIGRETTE paired with PROSECCO
SUMMER SQUASH SOUP, CACAO NIBS, PUMPKIN SEED OIL paired with CHARDONNAY
KOJI CHICKEN, LEMONGRASS WHITE CHOCOLATE RISOTTO paired with VIOGNIER/CHENIN BLANC
14 HOUR SMOKED SHORT RIB, DARK CHOCOLATE MOLE, TUMERIC CAULIFLOWER paired with ZINFANDEL
ASSORTED CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES paired with DESSERT WINE
The cost of admission is $85 per person. This includes an educational experience with chocolatier owner Isabella of Dallmann Confections, tapas tasting, wine pairing, chocolate tasting, an educational experience with Sommelier Jayson Knack… AND the company of like minded Porsche enthusiasts. Dallmann is located at Seaport Village at the newly renovated “Headquarters,” formerly the old police station in San Diego. The Headquarters is now home to many boutique shops and restaurants. Come early and explore!

We are requesting that all attendees register no later than September 1st but please do register ASAP as this event is sure to sell out in a hurry. AVAILABILITY IS LIMITED to 32 ATTENDEES… ACT FAST.
