SOUTHEAST DIVISION ANNUAL MEETING AND AWARDS BANQUET
This year’s SEDIV Convention will feature individual meetings with the Divisional Administrators, ECR Committee, SARRC Committee, Divisional Solo, Time Trials, Rally Cross, Stewards, Tech, Timing & Scoring, Registration, Flag & Com, Race Control, Newsletters, Web Developers, Membership, and the SCCA National staff.
The center point of this year’s convention will again be the Awards Banquet at which all SEDIV National, SARRC, Solo , Time Trials and Rally Champions will receive their awards plus the SEDIV will honor outstanding members with the Reuter, Fitzgerald, Holland, Webb, Director’s, & Bobby Clark Awards. The banquet meal features your choice of either grilled chicken or marinated flank steak. Both will be served with red potatoes, rice, almond green beans, salad & dessert.
We will again be a guest of the Sea Palms Resort on beautiful Saint Simons Island, Ga. the special low room rate which start at $80 RESERVATION MUST BE MADE BY 12/31/14 TO GET THIS RATE. All entries and money MUST be received by Monday, January 21, 2015 in order to avoid a $20 late fee (no exceptions). You can pay by credit card when you register on-line, or you can mail a check (payable to SE Division SCCA) to Wanda Cecil,1040 Slatestone Trl, Columbia, S.C. 29203-9230, but make sure that the check will arrive by January 21, 2015. The hotel requires that we provide a guarantee banquet number and meal selections by January 27, 2015. If you are unable to use the on line system, please send mail this form with the appropriate fees. Full refunds will be provided if cancellations are made prior to Monday, January 26, 2015.
