*** Due to popular demand, we have opened this as a 2nd practice day on Sunday, February 23rd! This day will run identically to the practice day on Saturday, February 22nd. You may only register for one of the practice days. ***
It's time to dust off the cobwebs and get ready for the 2020 season. The Rallycross Shakedown is a day to get in some guided practice and then have shakedown time on a mock rallycross course. If you are new to rallycross, this is a perfect way to get started.
To make sure everyone gets plenty of seat time, we'll be capping this event at 40 entries. Registration will open Thursday, January 2nd at 7pm. There will be a waiting list so even if you don't get in, it's still a good idea to sign up... Cancellations happen!
Guided Practice: The first part of the day will be a practice session where we will have exercises set up for you to practice your car control and techniques. Experienced competitors will be there to jump into cars and provide coaching, if you would like. This session will be for 90 minutes and you are allowed to run as much or as little as you like.
Shakedown Rallycross: The shakedown will have a small rallycross course where you can apply the techniques you worked on during the practice session and get some good seat time. We will have timing set up so you can view your lap times but will not be publishing formal times after the event. You will be able to run as many laps as you like in the time allotted and you may also take breaks to make adjustments to your car. The shakedown will be broken into two sessions and just like a normal rallycross event, you will run one session and work the other.

8:30 - 9:30am: Tech inspection *you must pass tech in order to participate in any part of the day
9:30am: Driver meeting *required
10:15 - 11:45am: Practice session
11:45am - 12:45pm: Lunch
12:45pm: Driver meeting
1 - 2:30pm: Shakedown RX Group 1
3 - 4:30pm: Shakedown RX Group 2
Car/Safety Requirements: The same requirements will be in place for the practice day that we have for races. Check out the full Rallycross Rules for more info.
Payments: Payments will be processed on Saturday, February 15th after registration closes.

Cancelation Policy
Before 11:59PM, 02/15/2020: Cancellations permitted, no payment will be charged.
After 12:00AM,02/16/2020: No refunds will be given after this date.
