Generally speaking, you will need a helmet and have your car in good working order.  The helmet needs to be a SNELL approved car helmet rated 2005 or newer. We will be doing a day of Tech Inspection to ensure compliance with the above rules. Please go to http://zone8.pca.org/rules/2010/Sample%20Tech%20Form%202010.pdf and print out a copy of the tech form for you to review and repair/replace any items which need to be corrected and bring the tech inspection form with you to the AX. 

If you are deemed not qualified to run because of a violation of rules, your registration fee will not be refunded.  It is your responsibilty to have a rules compliance helmet and vehicle.
