IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE STARTING POINT HAS CHANGED FROM THE MCDONALD'S ON QUIL CEDA BLVD IN MARYSVILLE TO THE SMOKEY POINT REST STOP JUST PAST EXIT 207 ON I-5 NORTHBOUND IN ARLINGTON!!! START TIMES HAVE NOT CHANGED.
THE END POINT IS CHANGING AS WELL. WE WILL FINISH UP AT EVEYLN'S - A CLASSIC ROAD HOUSE ALONG RT 9 IN CLEAR LAKE.
Come join our expanded and rescheduled North Loop tour that highlights several good roads “up north”.
Starting at the Smokey Point Rest Stop off of I-5 just past Northbound exit 207 with stops in Sedro Woolley for lunch at Mestizo Mexican Family Restaurant we will finish in Clear Lake after more loops. During the day you’ll have a chance to experience some roads twice (dead-end turnarounds), practice speed drills at the morning rest stop (single facility – thus small groups), enjoy some great Mexican food, go around in more circles, and we will finish up at Evelyn's - a classic road house along Rt 9 in Clear Lake. This updated tour adds more loops and ends much closer to civilization and access to I-5 for the trip home.
The North Loops tour has some great scenery; however, the focus is on the driving experience and small-group camaraderie - so we have a lot of groups! And if fall comes a bit early, you might see some great colors as well! Hope to see you there!
Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations requested before Thursday, September 20, 2018. There are no advanced payments required for this tour.
- Car club membership: To participate you should be a member of the PCA and PNWR or other local region. Porsche owners who are not members may register and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Non-Porsches are only allowed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery of a Porsche, etc)

For Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Waiver Release Form, which will be provided at the tour starting point. There is no need to download, print and sign the form in advance.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 16 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, the participant and his/her parents must sign an additional waiver and the participant must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
