New England Region SCCA Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet being held February 6, 2016

- Noon - 1:00PM Awards Lunch
- 1:30PM-5PM NER Annual Meeting
The luncheon cost is $32.00 per person. This year the menu will be an Italian Buffet.
THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR THE LUNCHEON - No need to register on-line if you are stopping in to attend the NER meetings
MAIL IN PAYMENTS:
You must enter a charge card and you will be charged on that card. Dinner count will be paid when registration closes, so all payments need to be processed , checks cashed and TIPS received by today.

Event requirements
Please pre-register even if paying by check, or sending in TIPS . Note that you need to enter a credit card which will be charged only if you do not cancel before registration closes AND your payment by check or TIPS has not been received thru the mail by the deadline. (We will mark you paid as soon as we receive your check or TIPS.)
For the 11 Rally Cross champions: You need to register yourself and any guests before the registration closes on the 28th. The form was not set up with an option for your free luncheon. That will be taken care of for you after you register. The balance due will have $32 taken out before we do any charges.
If paying online, you will be charged on Jan 28th (unless you are mailing in payment).
Cancelations must be done thru motorsportsreg.com To cancel - Click the dashboard, and click "event dashboard" which is on the right side of the event information and you will see cancel the event available.
If you will use TIPS (club racing workers) or pay by check, payment must be received by January 28th 2016.

When registration closes, the food will be ordered, paid for, and no refunds can be made afterwards. This deadline to register or cancel registration is Jan 28th 5PM.
