Welcome to registration for the 2015 HYPERFEST!

We are excited about the location for this year and have many new and exciting things planned for this 14th annual Hyperfest!  The NASA portion of the event is for three days, but Hyperfest is the spectator portion on Saturday. Hyperfest will involve every square inch of VIR with on track and off track activities for all ages.  Racing, vendors, drifting competition, helicopter rides, children's area, contests with prizes, music and more are part of this one of a kind event.  Thousands of spectators will be watching you on track! Go to hyper-fest.com for more info about hyperfest activities on Saturday.

Please read all of the below very carefully as this is a special event with procedures and policies that differ from the regular NASA-MA events.

***REFUND/CREDIT POLICY FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT***.  The refund/credit policy for all entrants (Racers, HPDE, Time Trials, Test and Tune, and Open Track) is as follows: In order for an entrant to receive a full credit OR a refund subtract the $30 cancellation fee, we must receive a notice of cancellation by ten days prior to the event.  All cancellations MUST be received by Tuesday April 21 by 6PM with no exceptions.

On Friday, we will offer 160 minutes (4 40 minute sessions!) of track time for Test and Tune for licensed racers and Open Practice for Advanced HPDE drivers.  You will save $50 if you include this with your Sat/Sun entry for Racing or HPDE.  We also have a Super Competition School and Instructor clinic Level 1.  Friday provides plenty of extra track time to get ready for Nationals in September!

The weekend will feature double sprint races for all NASA classes, all levels of HPDE (4 sessions per day), and Time Trial.

Driver list will be posted by ten days prior to the event. Full event schedule will be posted by ten days prior.

ALL DRIVERS PLEASE READ ALL OF THE IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING!

RACERS:  Race licenses are valid from Jan to Dec. and you must have a 2015 NASA license for this event.  You may use a current license from another approved sanctioning body to apply for your NASA license.  Please renew/apply prior to coming to the track.  E-mail Beth Dunnivant at  beth@nasaracing.net for licensing info. Racers or approved HPDE 3 drivers may choose supersize TT entry to get TT time at a special price.  Racers, when you submit your online entry, be sure and complete all blanks including transponder number.  If you do not submit the info with your entry or you do not get the info to the registrar by the Monday prior to the event when online registration closes, you will be charged $25 at the track.  PLEASE HAVE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM ONLINE. TX rental is last option.

Time Trial: Entry prices continue to be discounted by $100 due to sponsorship by Performance Auto Sport!  TT entrants must have a transponder and please rent one if necessary.  If a racer is supersizing for TT, the racer does not need a TT license.  Advanced drivers must have a TT license and be approved to run in the group by Jon Felton (jfelton@drivenasa.com). Experience will be verified.   Please submit tx number with your entry (unless you are renting). TX rental is last option.

Competition School: Students must have approval from Chris Cobetto to attend, and please e-mail your experience to chris@nasaracing.net. On Friday, entrants will receive over two hours of track time, practice race drills/standing and rolling starts, and will have a mini race.  Classroom instruction and a panel of licensed racers for  question/answer sessions are also provided. Please register to race if that is your intention if you pass.  Email beth@nasaracing.net any questions about the licensing process.

HPDE:  HPDE slots will likely sell out quickly for this event so be sure and register early!  You will have 4 daily HPDE sessions on Saturday and Sunday.  HPDE 1 and most HPDE 2 (unless HPDE 2 solo) are automatically assigned an Instructor.  HPDE 3 (Advanced) drivers are not assigned an instructor and your experience will be verified. If you are new to NASA please email laura@nasaracing.net before registering so you can be cleared for a particular run group based on prior training and experience.  Please list your driving experience in your profile.

Hyperdrive:  Hyperdrives will be on the Patriot Course on Saturday. There will be seven sessions available and  you can register for more than one session.  No membership is required.  Please go to www.hyper-fest.com to register.  A Hyperdrive is one track session plus classroom for $50.  Drivers are assigned an instructor.  This is intended for those new to the sport although intermediate drivers may also participate.  You do not have to be a member to participate.

Instructor Clinic: Provided there is sufficient interest, we will have a Level 1 clinic (classroom and track time on Friday).  If you pass the clinic and want to instruct that weekend, please go ahead and register to do so.  There is a separate line item for that.  To enroll in the clinic, you must have 30 track days or your experience can be reviewed by Jeff Curtis. Questions? Email our Chief Instructor Jeff Curtis at trackrocket@mindspring.com

Event Confirmations:  Once you register, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation receipt by e-mail which also indicates you have been accepted into the event.  7 days before the event, you will receive further instructions for the event, and these instructions will also be posted at www.nasaracing.net under the event.

All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
