Entry Fees

Racing

$699 through May 31st 

$749 through June 30th

$799 through July 31st [UPDATE: extended through August 7th!]

$899 after August 7th


$299 Test/Tune on Thursday.

$299 race/$249 TT “Supersize†fee for second entry. 

 

Time Trial

$449 through April 30th

$499 through May 31st [UPDATE: extended through August 7th!]

$599 after August 7th

 

Time Trial Friday Test/Tune: $199 - This is for Friday Test/Tune for TT entrants. Because TT competition does not start until Saturday, the test group for them will be on Friday. 


Eligibility
The requirements set forth below must be met in their entirety.
1) Race class competitors must participate in four (4) races. Any number of races in any NASA class and any NASA region will qualify as credit. Participation in Time Trial will be limited to a maximum of two (2) credits towards race class qualification. Endurance events less than 6 hours will count as 1 race credit for the team. Endurance events more than 6 hours will count as 2 race credits for both the drivers of the team. Time Trial competitors must meet qualification requirements: 3 TT results in 2015 season or at least two TT results in the 2015 season AND at least 4 TT results in 2014 regional events.

Reserved Paddock Parking

[SOLD OUT] A limited number of reserved paddock spots for your rigs in preferred areas of the paddock may be available below. It is very strongly suggested that you should be on premises by 6pm Wednesday September 2 to claim your reserved spot - if you arrive later you may not be able to get into your spot due to other rigs in the way (also please do not expect to be able to leave early for the same reason.) -Standard Reserved Paddock Spot (90' x 15', work out of the back of your trailer)
or
-Upgrade Reserved Paddock Spot Near Power (90' x 15', work out of the back of your trailer, near a power pole that has 50a or 110v)
or
-Double Upgrade Reserved Paddock Spot Near Power (90' x 30', near a power pole that has 50a or 110v)
or
-Premium Reserved Paddock End Spot (90' x at least 30' but probably more)

The rest of the paddock (all non-reserved spots) will be available "first come first serve" when gates open on Wednesday.

Crew Passes

 Two Crew passes are included with each full entry. 


Cancellations

A competitor may withdraw from the event and receive a refund by giving written notice of cancellation via email, no later than August 17th, 2015. The entry fee amount minus a $75 handling fee will be refunded. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Send cancellation notification to jfelton@drivenasa.com.
