Welcome to the Milwaukee Region Sunday September 11, 2016 PCA Autocross at Wisconsin State Fair Part (NE Lot) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Attached is a Map of the State Fair Grounds and Parking Lot Areas State Fair Park - North Parking Lots Diagram.pdf To get to the Section N5 (refer to the map - North Paved Lot), we suggest that you enter the State Fair Park grounds from 84th Street at the entrance farthest to the north. Drive into the grounds in an easterly direction until you are almost to the Grandstand area, turning north to pass under a railroad overpass. That will lead you toward the Millenium Gate. Our Autocross course will be to your right.
Note that Section N6 (again refer to the map) will be used by another group that same day for motorcycle instruction, so that space will not be available for parking.

Event Schedule
7:00 - 9:00 AM: Course and equipment set up
8:00 - 9:00 AM: Registration and Car Tech Inspection (For your convenience the Tech Inspection Form is attached here 2016_Mke_Autocross_Tech_Inspection_Form.pdf )
9:00 - 9:30 AM: Walk the Course
9:30 - 10:00 AM: Drivers’ Meeting (At this meeting we will break up into groups, with the intent that when one group drives, the other works the course and vice versa.)
10:00 AM -12:30 PM: First set of runs (1 practice, followed by 4-5 timed runs per driver)
12:30 -1:00 PM: Break time (Lunch will be on your own, so bring a bag lunch or go off the course to one of several fast food places in the area. We encourage everyone to bring some water to stay hydrated.)
1:00 - 3:30 PM: Second set of runs (5-6 timed runs per driver)
4:00 PM: Awards presentation and Clean Up of the Lot
(All run groups and finish times approximate and subject to change due to event day conditions)
Event requirements
Cost:
All current PCA members and PCA family members: $45 per driver
All non-members: $50 per driver. BMW Club members may register as a member of PCA, at the $45 cost. Just be sure to bring your BMW Club I.D. Card with you on the morning of the event.
Requirements:
Helmets - All drivers at Porsche Events must wear a helmet. A 2010 or later rating is preferred but a Snell 2005 will be accepted for all PCA Events in 2016.
Wear clothing appropriate to the weather. When you aren't driving you will be a course worker. Take sun, wind, (light) rain and air temp into consideration when planning what to wear. Note that the Tech Inpsection Form suggests long pants. The Milwaukee Region allows drivers to wear shorts for AutoCross Events.
All drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
All minor drivers must have a drivers license and have a Minors Waiver form signed by a parent or guardian for the particular event. Minors that are not driving, but present at the event and in the paddock area, must also be covered by a Minors Waiver Form. Download this from the above-noted PCA-MR website and bring it with you. All vehicles driven must pass a technical inspection at the event. You may download this from the above-noted PCA-MR website, or it is attached in the previous section with the schedule. Fill it out and bring it with you.
