MBCA SF Bay Area – Art & Wine Saturday

For everyone who recalls a past event I hosted at Domaine Carneros in Napa, I hope you have fond memories of sipping sparkling wine by the roaring fire.  For those who missed it the first time around, I hope you will join us for "Art & Wine Saturday--a taste of culture". Though this time we may be the ones roasting, I am looking forward to viewing the private collection of the di Rosa Art Exhibition followed by a tasting at Domaine Carneros Winery.

 

di Rosa is located on the Sonoma Highway in Carneros regions and is an indoor and outdoor art exhibition. It's mission is "a place that provokes the imagination and the creative spirit of our time and place through celebration of the art and artists of Northern California in an extraordinary landscape".

 

We will begin with a private two-hour walking tour of the Art exhibion on the grounds of di Rosa at 1:00pm, then drive across Highway 121 to the lovely chateau--the sister chateau to Tattinger in France! At Domaine Carneros we will sip on the classic Brut, my favorite--the Vermeil, and the very pretty Rose. As always in Napa Valley in the summer, the weather should be sunny, the art a bit edgy, and the sparkling wine, light and delicious!
