About this event
Prepare your team members, and test your race car for the Leduc Alberta 1000K race, on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 1 pm to 7 pm.
There will be mulitple run groups, with a license school, and a celebreity comeptition event running simultaneously to the test and tune. A run group schedule will be provided a day before the event. Test and Tune drivers will be assigned to run groups at the registration desk on the day of the event. There will be lots of track time for test and tune. Track will be open from 1 to 7 pm.
We need instructors for the school, so if you have a WCMA license and have instructed for us, you can sign up for the license school as an instructor and get your personal test and tune time for free.
Entry fee $120 per driver

Car & Driver Requirements:
Drivers must be familiar with all WCMA Technical and Sporting Regulations, see website http://www.wcma.ca/racing_regulations.htm
Drivers must be familiar with LA1K Supplemental Regulations.
Minors must have both parents sign a “minor waiver” in advance and bring to registration, down load from ASN Canada, see http://www.asncanada.com/2009_Insurance_Documents/ASN_English_Parental_Consent_Waiver.pdf
Drivers must visit on-site registration and technical inspection before going on track. Technical inspection will take place on site
Drivers must hold a valid WCMA race license, or have received permission from WCMA licensing to use an alternate approved license.
Regular Road Cars may be used in the tst and tune, but will have a separate run group from race cars.
Race cars must be properly prepared, following WCMA 2013-14 Technical Regulations, or the LA1K Supplemental Regulations
Snell SA 2000 or newer helmets required, along with a HANS device or FIA approved equivalent
Race Suits, gloves, shoes must be of approved, fire retardant materials; suits must be SFI3-2A/3 worn with fire retardant underwear, or SFI3-2A/5, or FIA homologated multi-layer. No clothing should be made in whole or part of Nylon
