Are you excited to get back on track yet? We’re ready to get things kicked off and rolling on Saturday, February 28!
As in previous years, we are planning our annual pre-season event to allow racers to pick up season packets, sign annual waivers and get hard cards. However, we would like to change the previously used procedures for this and introduce a new program this year.
We are going to do away with a set pre-season meeting to distribute info (you already have that!). Instead, we will be instituting a new Karts & Coffee program, and the first one of these will serve as our pre-season meeting.
The idea behind Karts & Coffee was to provide a way for us to better expose competitive kart racing to our rental kart guests by providing an atmosphere where both will be brought together. This will be accomplished by establishing a rotating schedule of practice for race karts, interspersed with rental kart sessions, determined by the number of participants. There are six Karts & Coffee events scheduled for the 2015 season; please see the schedule below.
This first Karts & Coffee event is going to be limited to the first 40 registered drivers in order to provide adequate track time.
***Unfortunately, we will not be running Kid Karts in this event***
February 28 Karts & Coffee
9:00 am – Check-in open – Coffee, Hot Chocolate and other refreshments (while supplies last)
- Annual waiver signing and hard cards available 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. You will need to start the process at the Box Office to confirm payment and receive completed order form to submit at Security in order to receive a hard card.
10:00 am – On-track rotations begin – schedule determined by number of participants
4:00 pm – On-track rotations end (normal Karts & Coffee schedule will end at 2:00 pm, switching to half-track)

Cancellation and No-show Policy:
No refunds. Anyone that cancels their registration MUST notify the Box Office 24 PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT. If notice has been given, you will receive a credit that can be applied towards future Miller Motorsports Park events hosted through Motorsportreg.com. Credit will be valid for ONE year from the time of purchase.
No credit will be issued for those who do not notify the box office further than 24 hours before the event starts or who simply do not show.

Weather Policy:
Events are weather permitting. If the event is to be cancelled due to weather participants will be notified through the e-mail by Wednesday evening the week of the event. If a track day is cancelled participants will receive a credit valid for 1 year - no refunds.
