Friday at the Track - 08/19/2017

Summit Point Raceway - Shenandoah

About this event

Friday at the Track (FATT) is an introduction to high speed driving.  It is an instructional event where you can bring your street car out for a day at the track.  You receive classroom instruction, skid pad instruction in our cars (including front and rear skid management), and four sessions of in-car instruction in your own car.  It is a chance to go fast and have fun in a controlled environment.

This event is held on the Shenandoah Circuit.

The Shenandoah Circuit is a 2.2-mile (3.5 km) road course that first opened in 2005. It is a no holds barred technical challenge that will take years for drivers to master.  The track contains a dimensional replica of the Nürburgring-Nordschleife's famous banked Karussell turn complete with 20 degrees of banking.  The corners contain both positive and negative camber as well as increasing and decreasing radius turns with vertical drops.  If you are truly up for a challenge to your car handling abilities, the  Shenandoah Circuit is truly one of the most technical tracks in the country.

Must be 18 years old to participate.

Pre-Registration Cost: $275.00 per person (plus Motorsportreg.com fees)
