Join us for the AZPCA's largest local event of the year.
The Arizona Region of the Porsche Club of America invites you to participate in our 38th Annual Concours and Car Show October 30th and 31st. This year the venue is the Carefree Town Center near the famous Sundial.
The Friday evening reception begins at 6:00 PM and will be held at the Carefree Resort and Conference Center, Stagecoach Pass. There will be a cash bar for beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
Saturday morning, check in and car placement begins at 7:00 AM, judging starts at 10:00 AM.
The Saturday evening Awards Banquet begins at 6:00 PM and will be held at the Carefree Resort and Conference Center Opera House.
Our charity partner this year is the Disabled American Veterans Department of Arizona (www.azdav.com). Help us give back to our disabled veterans by participating in the silent auction at the Saturday banquet. The DAV Dept. of AZ is a very highly rated organization, greater than 95% of the donations will go to veterans and stay in the state of Arizona.
Please make sure that you have provided all the details pertaining to your guest and vehicle(s) so that the data appears properly on your registration record. Registration will be based on either a single- or two-person package, or by making custom (a la carte) selections. You have the option to make your registration fast and easy by clicking on one of two packages which will give you a 10% discount over custom selections. You are able to select car classes, add cars, and select shirts within your selected package. All packages include the entry of one car into the Concours and one Polo or Twill shirt. Additional car entries can be added in the "Concours" category. In addition to Flight 38's commemorative short sleeve logo shirts this year, we also have hats, long sleeve T-shirts, fleece vests, and jackets, which must be added through the "Additional Shirts" section.
We encourage you to register early online before the October 21 closing date. ****NOTE**** If you wish to receive your shirt/clothing items in your welcome packet, you must register prior to October 10 at 9:00 AM. All registrations with clothing selections after that date & time will receive their items AFTER the conclusion of Flight 38. A block of 15 rooms at the Carefree Resort for both Friday night Oct. 30 and Saturday night Oct. 31 has been reserved for $130/night, this is quite a savings over the normal rate. To receive this special rate you must book the room no later than October 7. Reservations can be made by phone by calling 480-488-5300 and mentioning the Arizona Porsche Club Flight 38 Room Block.

Event requirements
You must be a member of the Porsche Club of America to attend this event. If you are not a member, you can join online at http://pca.org. Your PCA member number will be required during Registration.
Registration for AZPCA Flight 38 is on a first come, first served basis. Registration opens at 9:00 AM Tuesday, September 1, 2015 and closes at noon on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. ****NOTE**** If you wish to receive your shirt/clothing items in your welcome packet, you must register prior to October 10 at 9:00 AM. All registrations with clothing selections after that date & time will receive their items AFTER the conclusion of Flight 38. Your registration status will be confirmed by email. You must pay for your Flight events at the time of registration. Payment is by credit card only.
