Let’s go for a drive!
Sunday October 14th we’ll head up the hills to Bagdad for lunch at the Copper Country Bar & Grill! This drive will take us on some great Porsche roads! Escape the Phoenix heat for some hot driving!
Departing from: The First Watch restaurant at Tramonto
34948 N North Valley Parkway
(just north of Carefree Highway on the NE corner of I-17 and Carefree Highway (Highway 74).
(Please park in the Kohl's parking lot next to the restaurant so there is room for restaurant patrons)
Meeting at 8:30 am, Departure at 9:00 am Sharp
The route will be through Wickenburg, Yarnell Hill, Peeples Valley, Kirkland Junction toward Bagdad, then up-and-back on a spirited drive on AZ-97. A driver's drive for sure! At the end of the fun drive we'll gather at the Copper Country Bar & Grill in Bagdad for lunch.
Lunch will be a Fajita Buffet, featuring a choice of Sizzling Steak, Chicken, and Veggie Fajitas served with homemade Rice, Beans, Chips and Salsa, along with all the fajita fixin's. Cost is $25 per person, which includes tax, gratuity, and Soft drinks, Tea, and Lemonade.
Please register no later than Wednesday October 10th so we can plan for sufficient food.
