Let us tie you & your car together in a synchronized dance beyond your wildest dreams.  Join us at Carolina Motorsports Park on October 15 and 16 for the best bargain in high performance driving education. Learn high speed driving and car control skills through classroom and in-car training from experienced instructors. Bring your street car or track car, all makes and models welcome. No previous experience necessary. The cost is only $325 for the weekend. We are offering an "Early Bird Discount" of $299 if you register prior to midnight on July 17, 2016. Members of the Mustang Club of America are eligible for the $299 rate through the close of registration on September 30, 2016. We are also offering a special discounted rate of $ 215 for active duty military, young drivers 16&17, and all high school or college students with a current ID card. Friday, October 14, is an open track day being run in conjunction with Turn One at CMP at discounted rates for documented drivers and instructors registered for the school on the weekend. Event requirements

Run group is assigned by the Chief Instructor based on driver experience/resume information provided during this registration process in MotorsportReg.

Experience levels for run groups:
A = Solo (with documented advanced driver status)
B = Experienced, instructor required
C = Limited experience, instructor required
D = Novice, instructor required

Car Sharing:  Contact Tom Hennig or Jim Edwards before registering if you plan to share a car between two drivers who must be qualified to participate in different run groups as determined by the Chief Instructor, Jim Edwards. Separate registrations including payment of separate registration fees are required for each driver. Again, students may not share a car in the same run group.

Convertibles without supplemental roll over protection are permitted only in "D" Group. Contact Tom Hennig at  tomhennig@carolina.rr.com or 704-305-3778 or Jim Edwards at jim@professionaldealers.org or 704-654-5400 before registering if you have questions regarding your convertible.

Instructors: Acceptance is contingent upon presentation of proper credentials and approval of the CRMC Chief Instructor, Jim Edwards.

Students age 16 & 17 must have a valid driver's license or learner permit from their state of residence, must have parental approval, and a parent must be present at the track. Driver's under 16 with a learner's permit may be accepted after review of their registration by the Chief Instructor.

Active duty military and high school/college students registering for discounted rate must present current, valid ID card at registration.

Helmets must meet the Snell SA or M 2000. 2005, 2010 or 2015 standard. You must complete the helmet certification form (available on-line at http://www.ponytales.org/sites/default/files/civicrm/persist/contribute/files/2016PDS%20HelmetRelease.pdf ) stating compliance of your helmet as of the date of the event.

Race or Time Trial drivers may bring their vehicle's annual technical inspection form or the vehicle log book issued by their sanctioning body (NASA, SCCA, PCA, etc) and their helmet to Tech for inspection during tech hours in lieu of bringing the car.

Lapping Day:  Registered drivers, racers with Competition or Time Trials licenses or Instructors. You must be registered for the weekend school either as an approved instructor or student driver approved by the Chief Instructor in order to participate on Friday at our reduced rate.
