Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower

 

Members of the Arizona Region of the PCA have been invited to display their cars at the upcoming Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower.  This is a great opportunity to come out and enjoy some polo, good food, refreshments and socializing.  As you plan your Saturday, the Porsches and Pancakes will be held at Tom’s Thumb, a half mile north of Westworld.  Enjoy your breakfast then meet up to attend the Polo Championships.  Following are the details:

 

When:              Saturday, November 5, 2016

Time:               8:30 am until 6:00 pm

Where:            Westworld Polo fields

Who:                The first 15 vehicles to register

What:              Display your favorite Porsche ride.  There is no judging of the vehicles.  This year we will be located with the vehicles from other groups, including the Ferrari, Corvette and Lamborghini clubs.  Cars will be parked on the east side of the field, near the entrance to the grounds

What is Included:        Entrance to the grounds and VIP passes for the driver and 1 guest to the Molina Fine Jewelers Drivers & Players VIP Lounge.  This is the best location and includes all complimentary food and cocktails

Logistics:         The event planners have requested that we arrive as a group between 8:30 am and 8:45 am.  All cars must be in on site by 9:00 am.  We will meet near Westworld at 8:30 am and proceed as a group to the event grounds.  Final meeting location to be determined.  Once positioned, cars will not be allowed to be moved until 6:00 pm.  This time may be moved up 30 minutes or so, but do not count on it

Deadlines:       Registration will close at noon, Friday, October 28, 2016

Cost:                At registration, a $50 deposit will be requested.  This will only be charged if a registrant does not show up to the event
