ARPCA and EBR Checkered Flag Dinner Social at PittRace

Join ARPCA and Eastern Buckeye Region (EBR) for an evening of fun, food, and bit of "competition" at Pitt Race on Saturday, August 9 at 5:00pm. We are throwing a party Saturday evening and you are invited. Cost is $25.00 per adult and $8.00 for kids under 13. This is open to all ARPCA members, Eastern Buckeye members and friends in addition to everyone who has signed up to participate at one of the weekend's events. We will be using the wonderful event center room that looks out over the North Track.
The Competetion
ARPCA is challanging the Eastern Buckeye region to Dessert Competition and Porsche technical quiz. Prizes will be awarded! Brush up on your technical / historical knowledge and bring out Grandma's best recipe!
The Menu (what we're providing)

Pulled Pork, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pasta and Meat Balls, tossed salad, fruit salad, steamed veggies- carrots, cauliflower and broccoli medley, baked beans, Rolls, sodas and water all $25 (kids under 13 - $8)!
The Rest (what you bring)
- Make / Bring a Dessert Competition - Well, since we're at a race track we'll be having a bit of a competition at the event as well - for sweets. Everyone who attends is encouraged to bring a dessert to share. We'll have voting on who brought the most enjoyed dessert and the winner will receives a prize from the goodie store.
- Bring the Booze - Because the track does not have a liquor license and we're working to keep the costs down we're asking that you BYOB.
- Good Cheer - we're looking forward to have a great time.

Event requirements
Note: Pre-registration closes Tuesday August 5th at 1:00 PM. This is a requirement from Caterer so we can provide them a count. No on-site registrations.
